Returning to Team 23650 for the 25–26 season, I brought two years of building, design, and competition experience — and stepped into a leadership role shaping the robot and the team’s direction.

I now lead major build decisions, mentor younger members, and focus heavily on strategic design choices that tie directly to our competitive goals. Whether it’s implementing more reliable systems, improving modularity, or helping newer builders understand the “why” behind each mechanism, my role blends engineering with leadership.

This season is all about leveraging what I’ve learned to help the team perform like a startup: agile, efficient, and constantly improving.
