As a leader in the Computer Science Integration Club, I help run the club like a small tech startup. I coordinate projects, mentor members, and manage workflows, ensuring that each initiative — from coding tools to automation experiments — moves from idea to execution efficiently. My role combines technical guidance with strategic planning, teaching me how to lead a team while shipping results.

- Sep2024 - CurrentSTEM Outreach ClubCo-President
I co-founded the STEM Outreach Club to bring real engineering experiences to students who wouldn’t get them otherwise. It started as an idea with a few people and grew into a consistent, organized program. This was my first “startup,” and it taught me how to build something that lasts.
- Jan2023 - CurrentFTC RoboticsBuild and Design + Lead
FTC Robotics is basically a yearly startup sprint: high pressure, tight deadlines, constant failure, rapid iteration, and a hard launch date (competition day). I lead mechanical design, testing, and fabrication, and I treat every build cycle like a product cycle. My teams have earned various awards, and our robots became the result of dozens of iterations and hundreds of micro-decisions.
